Lynne Wallace has over thirty years of experience as a business owner who has built several human resource consulting firms into respected innovators within their fields. She is a recognized expert on hiring systems and psychological testing.

Lynne was one of the early implementers of the concepts of behavioral selection and has designed dozens of full hiring systems for enterprise clients. She has over 25 years of experience with the Prevue Assessment and has been involved in the ongoing development of Prevue to better meet the needs of an increasingly technology based world.

Lynne’s experience spans leading significant technology development teams in the development of state-of-the-art products to serve diverse applications from banking to process control to recruitment and selection. She is an out-of-the-box thinker whose creativity and broad experience have led her to be a ground breaker in implementing systems that integrate technology and effective processes to achieve real success.

Lynne has a strong commitment to community and has served on a broad variety of not-for-profit boards in both the charitable and service sectors.
